SOUTH FLORIDA – The Haitian-American Democratic Club of Broward County will host a Candidate Forum on Thursday, February 19, 2015 at Deicke Auditorium (5701 Cypress Road) in Plantation, FL 7:30pm.
Candidates from the following cities have been invited to address their constituents as they are among the top 101 cities nationwide with the most residents born in Haiti*: Fort Lauderdale, Miramar, Deerfield Beach, Plantation and Wilton Manors. (Source: Wikipedia)
Each candidate will be allotted approximately 5 minutes to speak about their goals and reasons for running for their respective municipalities. The forum will conclude with a Q & A Session.
One of the objectives of the Haitian American Democratic Club (HADC) is to educate residents in Broward County on issues impacting their families and communities.
