FIU To Host Perspectives on Immigration Reform Forum

MIAMI – On Wednesday, March 18, 2015 four prominent South Floridians deeply committed to issues of social justice—Archbishop Thomas Wenski, Ms. Helen Aguirre Ferré, Ms. Gepsie Metellus, and Ms. Dahlia Walker-Huntington—will offer their views on immigration reform in a panel discussion in the Green Library, Room 220, on the Main Campus of Florida International University, at 2pm.

Though the panel will present a range of perspectives, each panelist has a deep and abiding understanding of this important topic and an unwavering commitment to a just resolution of this vexing issue. After the panelists’ opening statements, audience members will be free to ask questions and comment on what has been said.
