The Galleon Foundation’s 7th Scholarship Gala – Investing In Our Youth Education

SOUTH FLORIDAThe Galleon Foundation believes access to a good education is one of the most crucial factors in determining the direction of our children’s future.

A good education provides our youth with the tools necessary to make significant positive contributions to families and our communities at large.

The Galleon Foundation is an advocate for financially disadvantaged children and seeks to provide the funding necessary to gain access to excellent educational opportunities.

The Galleon Foundation will be hosting its 7th Annual Scholarship Gala at 7:00 pm on Friday, November 4, 2016, at the Renaissance Plantation Hotel (1230 S Pine Island Rd, Plantation, FL 33324).

This event is one of four annual fundraising events presented by The Galleon Foundation to raise needed funds for its scholarship programs.

At this event they also recognize, celebrate, and honor unsung heroes who serve the community through the development/education of our youth. These are individuals who have been nominated due to their philanthropy and selflessness in giving back to the community.

The gala includes dinner, silent auction, award ceremony, an accomplished pianist (reception), and entertainment with AJ Brown, Pluto Shervington, Blade G, and music by DJ Mark Cameron..
