South Florida’s HOT 105 Radio Salutes Caribbean-American Nationals
HOLLYWOOD – On Thursday, June 25th one of South Florida’s leading radio station’s, WHQT-FM HOT 105 paid tribute to several Caribbean-American community leaders in South Florida in celebration of Caribbean American Heritage month.
The event was held at the Gulfstream Park & Casino and drew close to 500 people to celebrate the achievements of this year’s honorees.
Reggae performers Tarrus Riley and Kashief Lindo thrilled the crowd. Kashief Lindo performed a moving tribute to Michael Jackson whom he credits as one of his musical influences.
