Soca Road March Kings Ultimate Rejects Goes Full Extreme

NEW YORK – Caribbean EDM DJ collective Ultimate Rejects cemented their name in soca history as Road March Kings at the 2017 Trinidad Carnival.

Ultimate Rejects then took their electrifying brand of Caribbean Dance Music to South by Southwest (SXSW) in Austin, Texas, performing for crowd there on March 18, 2017.

Armed with their massive crowd favorite “Full Extreme” – the most-played song in the history of the Road March competition, battled out on the road during Trinidad Carnival, Ultimate Rejects also touched down at Miami Music Week in late March for the world’s premier dance music event Ultra Music Festival, where “Full Extreme” was also showcased on the mainstage, as part of Major Lazer’s sold-out set.

The mainstage spotlight on Ultimate Rejects featured an exclusive remix by Walshy Fire, Bad Royale and DJ Puffy, curated just for Major Lazer’s set at Ultra.

“Full Extreme” has spawned four official remixes – “Full Extreme (Remix) Featuring Allstars Brass,” “Full Extreme (Official N.M.G Roadmix),” “Full Extreme (Razorshop Road Mix)” and Full Extreme (Willy Chin Road Mix)” – which are all now available for sale worldwide from FOX FUSE, along with the original version.

“Full Extreme” was featured on the annual soca hits compilation Get Soca 2017, which charted at #5 on Billboard, further catapulting Ultimate Rejects into the limelight as a Billboard top 10-charting act.
