Mentorship Program Concludes With Elegant High Tea Party

Former Miss Bahamas And Founder Of Daughters Of Zion To Present Fifteen Women Of Destiny Mentees

PLANTATION – After undergoing an intense four months of mentorship, fifteen ladies led by the Daughters of Zion – Women of Destiny (DOZ-WOD) organization, will be unveiled at an elegant High Tea Party at the Jacaranda Country Club in Plantation, Florida on November 8, 2015.

The “Coming Out” event will showcase the mentees in song, dance and oratorical presentations before re-known international spiritual leaders, government officials, family and friends.  The ladies are the first mentees inducted into the Daughters of Zion – Women of Destiny program.

Keynote speaker, Dr. Roslyn Artis, President of Florida Memorial University and prophetic Psalmist, Apostle Melissa Brown as well as a tribute honoring former Daughter of Zion member, the late Pastor Marion Ellison, are some of the planned highlights during the tea party.

The Founder of the mentorship program is Darlene Davis-Hord, a Minister at the Faith Center in Sunrise Florida and a School of Prophets instructor at the University of Fort Lauderdale.  She brings a wealth of experience and a level of excellence to the program through her training as a former Miss Bahamas and Miss Universe contestant. Minister Hord, along with eight Daughters of Zion mentors guided the women through a journey to excellence.

The next DOZ-WOD session will begin Spring 2016.

Daughters of Zion – Women of Destiny is a transformational wellness and spiritual mentoring program, designed to teach, activate and transform ladies, between the ages of 18 and 50 years, that are contemplating and or preparing themselves for prosperous Ministry, marriage or marketplace opportunities, into becoming powerful, creative women of excellence.

The mentorship program is based on sound biblical principles, applicable to walking in purpose, wholeness, self-identity, social graces, etiquette, financial management, nutritional and physical fitness and spiritual mentoring.
