Jamaica Tourist Board’s Regional Director Honored for Outstanding Service

NEW YORK – Anthony King, Regional Director, Tour Operators and Airlines, Jamaica Tourist Board won an award on June 2 at a special awards ceremony in celebration of Caribbean Heritage Month FOR OUTSTANDING SERVICE TO TOURISM.

Mr. King was among six outstanding community leaders and one organization honored by the City Comptroller for exemplary service to the Caribbean community in New York.

The event, co-sponsored by the Caribbean American Center of New York, the Caribbean American Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Caribbean Women’s Health Association and the West Indian American Day Carnival Association was held at the SEIU Union Headquarters in Lower Manhattan.
