Greater Caribbean American Chamber of Commerce raising funds to benefit Haiti and the Turks and Caicos Islands

LAUDERDALE LAKES – The Greater Caribbean American Chamber of Commerce (GCACC) announces its relief efforts to benefit the Caribbean Island’s affected by the four deadly hurricanes in less than a month, in particular Haiti and the Turks and Caicos Islands, the two hardest hit.

“Hundreds of thousands of people in the Caribbean affected by hurricanes, Fay, Gustav, Hanna and Ike are going through untold sufferings and I strongly believe there is something each person can do to assist, no matter how small it maybe” says Albert Lettman, President of the Greater Caribbean American Chamber of Commerce.

The Chamber is asking those who can contribute financially to support this relief effort by sending monetary donations payable to the “GCACC Disaster Relief Fund” to the Chamber office at P.O. Box 491634, Lauderdale Lakes, Florida 33349 or funds can be deposited at any Bank United location to account number 0259002836.
