MIAMI – Jamaica’s Consul General Franz Hall signs the Condolence Book for former Minister of Agriculture, the late Hon. Roger Clarke at the Consulate office in Miami.
Minister Clarke died on Thursday (Aug. 28) in Miami. He will be laid to rest in his birthplace, Glen Islay, Westmoreland, following an official funeral on Saturday (Sept. 13), at the St. George’s Anglican Church in Savanna-la-Mar.

Roger Clarke, pays tribute to the Minister by signing the condolence book at the Embassy of Jamaica in Washington DC on Wednesday, September 10, 2014. The book which was officially opened on Monday, September 8 will remain open until Friday, September 12 for signatures between 10AM and 4PM.
