Celebrity Soccer Cultural Festival – May 28th

Fort Lauderdale – On Memorial Day, May 28th all roads will lead to the greatest Celebrity Soccer Cultural Festival in South Florida “Celebrating Jamaica’s 50th Year of Independence.”

One Caribbean International’s will be hosting its’ 7th annual festival and Yes Jamaica’s 50th Year of Independence at Central Broward Regional Park, located at 3700 NW 11th Place, Lauderhill FL 33311 (Sunrise Boulevard and 441).

This year’s Celebrity Soccer Cultural Festival as in the past promises to be a Momentous Event, with an anticipated 10,000 plus fans, eager to see Gospel, Secular & Haiti’s’ most spectacular and enchanting artist gracing the same stage.

For the first time ever in Fort Lauderdale one of Haiti’s leading Kompa bands DJAKOUT will perform live along with some of our best Reggae, Gospel & Haitian Artist.

Family Fun & Activities

Special performances from Blanche Ely High School Band, led by Director Richard Beckford This will leave people talking for days, an awesome high school band lead by a sure fire director. A leader holding his own with many successes under his belt from Carl City High on to Blanche Ely High we honor Mr. Beckford for his devoted time spent teaching our youth. “We know they are going to shut it down!”

BSO are bringing out their Mounted Trained Horses, there will be bounce houses, cotton candy, snow cones, and popcorn provided by Perfect Polly Party, Twins Gymnastics will be bringing their karate and cheer leading kids to perform and interact with our kids.

“THERE WILL BE SO MUCH EXCITEMENT FOR THE YOUTH”

Vendors of all cultures will be there for your eating pleasure, our goal is to maintain culture awareness in our communities while remembering Jamaica’s Moto “Out of Many One People” that is why we are not leaving out this year’s 2012 election there will be an onsite Rep from Broward County’s Voter Registration to make sure no vote is left out.

Tickets are going fast so get yours early! Tickets are $20.00 in advance at the gate you pay more, children 12 and under get in Free! Parking will be available at a low price of $10.00 per space.
