Caribbean Author Geoffrey Philp reads at The Diaspora Vibe Gallery

iami – Following on the successful launch of Twelve Poems and A Story for Christmas, at the Miami Book Fair International, Geoffrey Philp will be reading at the Diaspora Vibe Gallery, on Sunday, December 18 at 4pm.

Available in bookstores nationwide, Twelve Poems and A Story for Christmas, explores the inner lives of characters that surround this perennial story and is an excellent gift for book lovers. Although the collection continues to gain wide readership across the Caribbean, England, and Canada, the readings give the audience to meet a living author and the lively Q&A sessions give many young writers the opportunity to learn from a writer who has been practicing his craft for more then twenty-five years.

“The Diaspora Vibe Gallery,” said Philp, author of Benjamin, My Son, “has always been a friend to writers and artists. The curator of the Diaspora Vibe Gallery, Rosie Gordon-Wallace, continues to support and promote the work of marginalized and well-established authors and artists. I am proud and honored to be a part of the scheduled events at the gallery.”

The Diaspora Vibe Gallery is located at, 3938 North Miami Ave, Madonna Building in Miami. You can visit The Diaspora Vibe Gallery on the web at, www.diasporavibe.com
