Airline to Operate the Island’s First Non-Stop Flight from the Northeastern US

“This is a key step forward in developing our island’s tourism industry,” said Richard O. “Ricky” Skerritt, Minister of State in the Ministry of Tourism, Sports & Culture for the Government of St. Kitts & Nevis. “The new flight from American Airlines enables us to better access the affluent tourism market of the Northeast US, making it easier and faster for travelers from that region to get to St. Kitts than ever before. Further, the flights are ideally timed so as to permit the maximum amount of time on island without requiring travelers to get to the airport too early or arrive home too late.”
