Jamaica’s Minister Of Tourism Congratulates Tessanne on her Success on The Voice
Kingston, Jamaica – Jamaica’s Minister of Tourism and Entertainment, the Hon. Dr. Wykeham McNeill, has congratulated Jamaican vocalist Tessanne Chin for reaching the finals of the American reality television singing competition, “The Voice” and for her outstanding performance to date.
“Jamaica is immensely proud of your phenomenal achievements on The Voice. You have executed your performances with exceptional dignity and humility which has won the hearts of many both at home and abroad,” said Minister McNeill.
“From your brilliant audition that mesmerized all four judges, to your powerhouse renditions of Bob Marley’s ‘Redemption Song’ and Jimmy Cliff’s ‘Many Rivers to Cross’, you have flown the nation’s flag high and we could not ask for a better ambassador for Brand Jamaica. While we remain confident that you will be victorious, no matter what the outcome, you are a true winner in our eyes,” the Minister of Tourism and Entertainment added.
