Hot 105, Dutch Pot Jamaican Restaurants and the Kingston College Old Boys Assn of Florida Back To School Book Bag Drive

SOUTH FLORIDA – On Saturday, August 13, 2016, South Florida’s number one urban radio station, WHQT HOT 105 FM, Dutch Pot Jamaican Restaurants and the Kingston College Old Boys Assn. of Florida will join forces to host the inaugural back to school drive that will benefit approximately 2,000 high school students who currently attend the Kingston College School in  Jamaica.

The two week promotion will culminate with a live radio broadcast, hosted by radio personality Rodney Baltimore, from 2:00pm-4:00pm at one of Dutch Pot Jamaican Restaurant’s five locations at 2484 North State Road 7 (441), in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida 33313.

This is a community event, which we are encouraging the public’s support of one of Jamaica’s prominent high schools, by inviting them to drop off Back to School items at any of Dutch Pot Jamaican Restaurants five (5) locations. We are requesting new items. These items will then be shipped to Jamaica before the school year starts in September.

Commercial Blvd in Lauderhill and 2484 N. State Road 7 in Lauderdale Lakes.
