Third World and Dean Frazier to perform at Caribbean Jazz Brunch on the Bay

COCONUT GROVE – On Thanksgiving weekend, Sunday, November 26, Coconut Grove will come alive with smooth jazz rhythms of the Caribbean, “Caribbean Jazz Brunch on the Bay”.

The City of Miami in association with Royal Caribbean International and BET J will give the residents of South Florida an afternoon of great music, games for the children and an all around family fun day atmosphere with a free Caribbean Jazz concert.

“Caribbean Jazz Brunch on the Bay” will feature the smooth jazz rhythms of the Caribbean featuring, legendary Reggae group Third World, world–renowned jazz saxophonist Dean Frasier, musical icon Winston “Merritone” Blake, Haitian Jazz Guitarist Bemol and the Miami Pan Symphony Steel Orchestra.

In addition to great music, attendees will also enjoy Caribbean art displays, buffet style Caribbean cuisine and beverages. And for the kids there will be Jamaican Puppets, arts for learning, kite making, hop scotch and other games like soccer goal kick with prize giveaways.

With the crystal blue waters of Biscayne Bay providing the backdrop, the beautiful Peacock Park is the ultimate venue to provide the ambiance of soothing relaxation and enchantment.

This free event will be held at Peacock Park, 2820 McFarlane Road in Coconut Grove on Sunday, November 26 from 11am-4pm.
