Third Air Jamaica Plane Arrives In Trinidad

PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad – The latest aircraft to join the Caribbean Airlines fleet arrived in Piarco, Trinidad on 05 April, en route to Kingston, Jamaica. The 154-seater, Boeing 737-800 aircraft, 9Y-JMD is the third of its kind being put into service by Caribbean Airlines that will carry the Air Jamaica livery.

Air Jamaica Improves Its On Time Performance In 2011

Air Jamaica’s On Time Performance (OTP) increased by an average of three percent each quarter since Caribbean Airlines acquired Air Jamaica operations on 01 May 2010. Year-to-date OTP average for Air Jamaica in 2011 is 78%; a 14% increase for OTP recorded for the same period in 2010.

Air Jamaica’s latest advertising campaign is currently underway across Jamaica and throughout several North American territories with the message that Air Jamaica is “Everything You Love and More”.
