Club MoBay VIP Airport Arrival Services Now Included

The ‘first class’ touch-point service that Sunset at the Palms is known for now begins the minute you step off the airplane at Jamaica’s Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay. Start your vacation experience immediately with Sunset at the Palms with this fast-track personal escort through the airport.
The service includes a Club MoBay representative who greets you upon arrival, escorts and fast tracks you through the Jamaican immigration and customs process saving you valuable vacation time. You’ll be on the beach enjoying your first drink while others are still waiting in line.
The Club MoBay representative also assists you with airport services information, luggage retrieval and then shows you to the Arrival Lounge where you can enjoy a wide array of amenities while waiting for your ground transportation. Ground transportation is not included in the Club MoBay arrival services, however they will assist you in locating your transportation service.
Features of the Arrival Lounge include comfortable seating, complimentary WiFi service, complimentary snacks, soft drinks, rum punch, Red Stripe beer, a private restroom, newspapers and magazines, and an information desk. The Arrival Lounge is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Similar departure services are available for an additional fee through the hotel concierge.
To take advantage of the Club MoBay VIP arrival services have your airline flight information available at the time of booking, or once your flight schedule is completed, provide it directly to Sunset at the Palms.
