St. Lucia’s 30th Independence Anniversary activities begin this Sunday, February 15, 2009 in Brooklyn, New York
NEW YORK – On Sunday, February 15, 2009 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. the Saint Lucia Consulate General and St. Lucian organizations will kick off the Official opening of St. Lucia’s 30th Anniversary of Independence Activities at Club Caribbean City – 103 Empire Boulevard, Brooklyn, New York.
In the spirit of celebration, Sunday’s opening event will highlight the schedule of activities for St. Lucia’s 30th Anniversary of Independence with St. Lucians, Caribbean nationals and American friends in attendance.
This year’s activities in the New York Tri-State area will galvanize the strengths of St. Lucia’s talented pool of intellectual resources in the marketplace and also will focus on the sharing of ideas in pursuit of national development.
