Palm Beach School of Autism to benefit from a Multicultural Caribbean Festival

WEST PALM BEACH – The Palm Beach Multicultural Organization Inc (PBMOI) will host the first annual “West Palm Beach Carnival” at the South Florida Fair Grounds, West Palm Beach on Saturday June 14th 2008.

In celebration of the Caribbean American Heritage month, the PBMOI plans to use the festival to increase the awareness of autism, the early signs and where to seek help. The PBMOI also plans to donate a portion of the festival proceeds to the Palm Beach School of Autism to assist with their programming and outreach programs.

The Festival, “West Palm Beach Carnival” will showcase Caribbean culture in its splendor. It will feature a parade, with masquerade bands, live entertainment from various parts of the Caribbean, authentic Caribbean cuisine and drink, arts and crafts and much more.

The parade of costumes is scheduled to begin at 11am, the Carnival closes with a live concert featuring an impressive lineup of International entertainers including Alison Hinds, T-Vice, Rikki-Jai, Crossovah and many others. The event is produced by Caribbean Entertainment.com Inc.
