One of Florida’s most diverse law firms expands – delancyhill, P.A. joins Hamilton Miller Birthisel, LLP

MIAMI – delancyhill, P.A., a litigation and transactional boutique law firm established in 2001, is expanding its Florida and international presence and joining Hamilton Miller Birthisel, a trial law firm specializing in insurance defense and coverage, premises liability, medical and professional liability, labor and employment, admiralty and maritime, construction, and complex business litigation. The strategic alliance will continue Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel’s rise as the largest blackowned and one of the most diverse law firms in the State of Florida and the Caribbean region.

The founding members of delancyhill, Michelle Delancy and Marlon Hill, each have 20 years of local and international law firm experience. Delancy now serves as the managing partner of delancyhill. Effective January 5, 2015, delancyhill will join and further their integration with HM&B. delancyhill will wind down its operations and consolidate all of its digital infrastructure with the platforms of HM&B.

The alliance will have no impact on the services and/or fees to clients. In fact, all clients will maintain and enjoy the highest levels of customer service and enhanced efficiencies.

How will the alliance impact the local community?

With the alliance, HM&B will leverage and continue its commitment to Florida and Caribbean markets.
