Obama’s Campaign for Change hosts Voter Education Forum

MIAMI – On Monday, October 13, Barack Obama’s Campaign for Change will host a voter education forum in Miami to help Floridians understand current election law and dispel rumors about voting in Florida.

The Florida Campaign for Change, a project of the Florida Democratic Party, and the Obama-Biden campaign have created an unprecedented Voter Protection Program to protect voters’ rights and ensure all votes are counted accurately.

Hosts for the Voter Education Forum includes Congresswoman Carrie P. Meek, Representative Oscar Braynon, Commissioner Barbara Jordan, Marlon Hill, Esq., and Community Leaders.

These forums are part of a series that began last week and will continue across the state throughout the next two weeks.

For voting questions or difficulties, voters can call toll free: 877-2FL-OBAMA (877-235-6226).
