MIAMI — The National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) South Florida Chapter, in partnership with the National Association of Hispanic Journalists (NAHJ) South Florida Chapter, will host its 10th Annual CareerFair on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at Florida International University Biscayne Bay Campus(3000 NE 151st St, North Miami, FL 33181) from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
This event brings together students, graduates, and professionals aiming to start or advance media careers. Attendees have the opportunity to connect with hiring managers, recruiters, and industry leaders from top local media outlets.
Participants are encouraged to bring resumes, reels, portfolios, and clips to showcase their work and connect with potential employers. The careerfair will also feature a series of interactive workshops and panel discussions designed to provide insights into the evolving media industry.
Organizers emphasized that the career fair offers opportunities for people at all stages of their journey to explore careers in journalism and communications. From internships to full-time roles, the event provides direct access to industry leaders.
