Miramar – The “Pieces of Jamaica” Fine Art Exhibition by photographer David I. Muir will be on display in the City Hall of Miramar throughout the month of June. The city invited Muir to showcase his work in celebration of Caribbean American Heritage Month.

“Pieces of Jamaica” captures the true beauty and rich culture of Jamaica and is fitting for the occasion, as it brings a sense of nostalgia to Caribbean nationals and showcases Jamaica for all to appreciate.

The work is on display in the lobby of the City Hall located at 2300 Civic Center Place, Miramar, Florida 33025 and is open to the public Mondays through Thursdays from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. The city will host a special event, “Meet the Artist,” on June 15th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., where people will get to interact with the artist and hear his perspective.
