Miami Gardens Celebrates Grand Opening Of New Medical Center With A Bang!
MIAMI – Pasteur Medical Centers was thrilled to celebrate the grand opening of their newest medical center serving the Miami Gardens area and surrounding communities this past Saturday, Sept. 19, 2009. Located at 5900 NW 183 St., this new, state of the art facility will provide quality healthcare for seniors in these communities, something that had sorely been lacking in recent years.
Pasteur offers its members primary doctors, a fully stocked pharmacy, specialists, dentists,
physical therapy, optical care and their famous Grandparent’s Club.
“It is my pleasure to be associated with Pasteur Medical Centers, a company who is truly committed to providing quality healthcare to the African-American community,” stated Pasteur Medical Centers African-American spokesperson and Miami-Dade Chamber of Commerce President/CEO, Bill Diggs.
The family-friendly event featured free drinks and snacks; live music from a local and popular Salsa band; fun give-a-ways from HOT 105, Radio Mambi, WMBM and WSVN Channel 7, as well as appearances by several notable guests such as State Representative Oscar Braynon II, City of Miami Gardens Mayor Shirley Gibson, City of Miami Gardens Vice Mayor Oliver Gilbert, and State Representative Bush, among others.
Furthermore, Pasteur Medical Centers’ African-American spokesperson, Bill Diggs, along with fellow Pasteur Medical Centers’ spokespeople, Walterio, Mamito and Pacheco joined over 600 attendees in celebrating the grand opening of the new center.
