Members of the community are invited to meet prospective employers, learn about career opportunities, and network. Miami-Dade County Transit, Miami-Dade County Public Schools, UPS, The Home Depot, Safe & Sound Security of South Florida, and Kent Security Services are just some of the companies that have committed to this event. Many more will be in attendance.

Career counselors and information on County resources will also be available.

“I am so happy to once again host the Haitian Labor Day Job Fair,” said Mayor Carlos Alvarez. “Last year’s event was a resounding success.

Members of the Haitian community were able to meet and match themselves up with prospective employers. I know this year’s job fair will be just as productive for job seekers and employers.”
