LIME Gives Support To Caribbean Student Diaspora

Telecom Company to be a presenting sponsor of 37th annual FCSA conference

Gainesville, Florida – LIME, the Caribbean’s leading telecommunications company has signed on as major sponsor of the Florida Caribbean Students Association (FCSA) 37th annual conference scheduled for April 1-3 at the University of Florida.

The support from LIME Caribbean will facilitate special opening ceremonies, a talent show, pageant, professional development workshops and panel discussions for the over 700 participants including student and community leaders, business representatives and other officials who represent a wide cross section of Caribbean countries.

Being staged under the theme, “Inform, Inspire & Impact”, the leading Caribbean student event in Florida will highlight participating schools and a reflection of Caribbean heritage. This year’s staging will be focused on exploring ways in which the students of the burgeoning Caribbean community in Florida can maintain the integrity of their cultural identity and stay connected with the Caribbean region.
