Nicola Madden-Greig, Co-Chairman Kingston City Run held a press launch in Miami on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 hosted by the Consulate General of Jamaica, Franz Hall.
The 4th Annual Kingston City Run is a 1/2 Marathon, 10K and 5K scheduled for March 11-13 2016. The Kingston City Run plans to utilize the scenic, cultural and mystical assets of Kingston, Jamaica. The race route will be configured to highlight the best of Kingston and allow spectators ample opportunities to line up and cheer on runners on race day, Sunday, March 13th 2016.
Accommodation packages are available from all Kingston area hotels.
Early bird entrance fee for the race is US$20 for the 5K and US$45 for the 1/2 Marathon.
Proceeds from the Kingston City Run will go towards supporting the homeless and vulnerable through five main charities, Open Arm Drop-In Shelter, Marie Atkins Night Shelter, Food for the Poor, The Missionaries of the Poor and the Alpha Boys Institute.
