Jamaica Ex-Police Association and Ex-Soldiers of South Florida to play annual Cricket Match

COOPER CITY – The Jamaica Ex-Police Association of South Florida and the Jamaica Ex-Soldiers will play their annual limited over cricket match for the Abe Bailey Trophy on Saturday, March 29, starting at 10:00 Am at Brian Piccolo Park, 9501 Sheridan Street, Cooper City.

Three limited over cricket matches will be played: Ex-Police vs. Ex-Soldiers; Social Club of Palm Beach vs. Parkway Cricket Club, and the winners of both match will meet in a final showdown.

This event is free and open to the general public.

The after party takes place at Knights of Columbus 5927-5703 NW 13 Court in the City of Plantation. Admission to the after party is $10.00.

The Abe Bailey Trophy is donated by prominent South Florida attorney and avid cricketer Abe Bailey of the law firm Abe Bailey and Associates.

This is the fourth year of the event. The ex-soldiers won the event for the first time in 2007.
