Flights to Havana, Cuba from BWI Airport to Start September 30th

TAMPA – On September 30th, BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport will begin the first-ever non-stop service from Baltimore/Washington DC to Havana Cuba, with twice weekly flights on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The service will be offered by Island Travel & Tours, Ltd., (ITT).

The 3 ¼ hour flight will depart at 9:20 AM and will be flown by Swift Air on Boeing 737-300 aircraft with a capacity of 126 seats, 114 Coach and 12 First-Class Seats.

BWI is conveniently located near I-95 and the Amtrak and MARC railway station, which provides easy access from Southern New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia and nearby Ohio.

Island Travel & Tours, Ltd. also flies 6 times a week from Miami to Havana, and on July 8th will begin two flights a week, Wednesdays and Sundays, from Orlando to Havana in addition to its flight from Miami to Freeport, Bahamas.
