MFIL was founded nine (9) years ago by cofounders H.E Jamar and Natassia Wright, leadership and Human Resource Consultants. Through their passion for leadership and purpose, they were awarded the Governor General’s Award for Excellence in Leadership for the parish of St. Catherine in 2019. They are United Nations Peace Ambassadors- NGO with consultative responsibilities on socioeconomic projects globally.

MFIL is a Leadership Development & HR Consultancy that provides outsourcing services to large manufacturing organizations within Jamaica. Their staff complement of over 100 employees. Through careful planning and strategic alliances, Mind Food has been able to execute in total 55 seminars. Plus, workshops and leaderships trainings locally and internationally.
