delancyhill Attorney Duane Pinnock Earns Florida Bar Board Certification in Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning

Miami – South Florida attorney, Duane Pinnock recently earned the honor and credential of board certification from the Florida Bar in the practice of Wills, Trusts & Estate Law. Mr. Pinnock, Of Counsel with the law firm of delancyhill, P.A., specializes in estate planning, estate administration, trust administration, probate litigation tax planning, tax controversy, asset protection, and charitable organization/tax-exempt organizations.

As a board certified attorney in this field, he handles all aspects of the analysis and planning for the conservation and disposition of estates, giving due consideration to the applicable tax consequences, both federal and state; the preparation of legal instruments to effectuate estate plans; administering estate, including tax related matters; and probate litigation. Each certified lawyer has had substantial involvement in the field of wills, trust and estate law during the two years immediately preceding certification. To be certified, Mr. Pinnock was required to have substantial involvement in estate planning, planning for incapacity, administration of estates and trusts, fiduciary and transfer taxation, probate and trust law, estates and trust litigation and homestead law in the five years preceding certification.

Mr. Pinnock is admitted to practice before all of the state courts of Florida as well as the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Dade County Bar Association, and the Probate and Guardianship Committee of the Dade County Bar Association. He is also a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and an occasional radio commentator on HOT 105’s “Hot Talk.”

Mr. Pinnock was born in Poughkeepsie, New York and raised there and in Miami. He holds a law degree from the University of Florida College of Law as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Florida College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Additionally, Mr. Pinnock has an LL.M. (Master of Laws degree) in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law.
