Christmas Concert To Benefit Charities In Miami And Haiti

DAVIE – Hope South Florida is scheduled to host a Christmas Concert to benefit charities in Miami and Haiti on Saturday, December 5, from 7 to 9:30 pm at South Florida Church of Christ, 9191 Orange Drive, in Davie.

The South Florida community is invited to help bring some hope to the underprivileged in Miami and Haiti this holiday season – and enjoy inspiring, live music in the process – with Hope for the Holidays, an inaugural benefit concert organized by the South Florida Chapter of HOPE Worldwide.

The non-profit group, Hope South Florida will present a diverse lineup of local artists who will perform a mix of inspirational songs and Christmas carols at the 500-seat main auditorium.

The concert will benefit HOPE Worldwide’s South Florida Chapter, which supports local charities such as Chapman Partnership, Citrus Health Network, the YMCA, His House Children’s Home and American Red Cross, as well as HOPE Worldwide Haiti.

HOPE Worldwide was founded in 1991 to serve the poor and needy throughout the world. It started with medical clinics in Mexico City and Abidjan, Ivory Coast, and has since expanded to five continents in the areas of medical care, disaster relief, education and social services. Today, more than 1.5 million people are served annually by the volunteers of HOPE Worldwide.
