Celebrate Caribbean-American Heritage Month with the City of Miramar

Culture in the Night Concert Series in Miramar continues with Caribbean-American Heritage Month FREE concert!

MIRAMAR – As part of our Culture in the Night Concert Series, the City of Miramar will host our Annual Caribbean-American Month Celebration on Saturday, June 20th, from 6:00PM to 10:00PM at Shirley Branca Park, 6900 Miramar Parkway, Miramar, Florida 33025.

The event will be a fun-filled day with a variety of food trucks, music, dancing and entertainment. Popular bands and singers of Caribbean heritage and different genres of music will perform, including the “Electric Boogie” (Electric Slide) Queen, Marcia Griffiths;  singer and composer Glen Washington; the King of Salsa Rap, Willie Panama; singer Garner; and Konpa band, Dat 7.

Bring your blankets and chairs — join them for a free day of family fun and excitement as they celebrate Caribbean-American Heritage Month, Saturday, June 20th, in the City of Miramar!
