Blue Mountain Coffee Day Celebrations Peak at Jamaica’s Consulate General New York

NEW YORK – The Consulate General of Jamaica, New York in partnership with premium coffee brand, Jamaica Mountain Peak Jamaica kickstarted Blue Mountain Coffee Day celebrations on January 9 providing over 100 JMP coffee lovers samples of the range of  Jamaica Mountain Peak products.

On display were perennial favourites, Jamaica Mountain Peak’s instant coffee and decaffeinated instant coffee. Comforted by the luxurious offerings, staff and visitors to the consulate were openly elated.

“The staff and visitors to the Consulate were very appreciative of the celebration and the special treat (Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee) was especially well-received.  The Consulate also opened the coffee sampling, not only to its clients but also to every person that visited the building in which the consulate resided.  It was a fantastic display of Jamaican pride and love,” Community Relations Officer, Consulate General of Jamaica, New York Christopher Benjamin explained.

Salada Foods Jamaica Limited, General Manager, Tamii Brown was delighted to share Jamaica’s warmth with compatriots in New York.

We look forward to many more celebrations and partnerships with the Consulate as we fulfil our mandate of a cup for everyone,” Brown shared.
