Kingston, Jamaica – TripAdvisor®, the world’s largest travel site*, will be hosting a free master class event at the Hilton Rose Hall Resort in Montego Bay on Monday, 9 December 2013. The Master Class will provide hospitality professionals with an overview of TripAdvisor services and tools as well as offering tested strategies and solutions for today’s most pressing business challenges.
Attendees will hear from Brian Payea, Head of Industry Relations at TripAdvisor as well as from esteemed speakers such as Hotel Consultant and Author Daniel Edward Craig, President for MP&A Digital & Advertising Madigan Pratt and Group Director of Marketing & Sales for the Courtleigh Hotel Group, Nicola Madden-Greig.
This is the first time TripAdvisor will be hosting a Master Class in Jamaica to provide hospitality businesses in the area with the know-how and information to make the most of their presence on TripAdvisor.

• Optimizing a business’s website with the property’s TripAdvisor rating and reviews
• Managing online reputation
• Responding professionally to online guest reviews
