Trinidad and Tobago Readies for Carnival 2014
Port of Spain, Trinidad – It is said in Trinidad and Tobago that there are only two seasons: Carnival and getting ready for Carnival. While Carnival is officially over for this year, visitors who could not attend can begin planning a dream escape to take part in the Caribbean’s biggest party next year, which will take place on March 3 and 4, 2014.
With many partygoers already booking hotel rooms and flights for next year, now is the best time to make hotel and air reservations to secure a trip for Carnival 2014.
With hotel occupancy at maximum capacity in the capital city this past weekend, the celebrations were in full swing as both locals and visitors experienced the heart-pounding rhythms and jaw-dropping costumes on the streets of Port of Spain while participating in the Kings and Queens Parade, Soca Monarch, Panorama, Dimanche Gras and J’ouvert.
