South Florida’s Caribbean Bar Association helping others to become US Citizens
FT. LAUDERDALE – On Saturday, June 21, the Caribbean Bar Association hosted its Annual Citizenship Drive, Voter’s Registration Drive and Community Panel on Immigration, Family Law, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Customs, Financial Education and Reverse Mortgage at the African American Research Library in Fort Lauderdale.
Throughout the day, CBA volunteers assisted members of the community interested in becoming citizens.
The expert panel, moderated by local radio personality, Sir Rockwell, also provided information about current legal trends and engaged attendees in spirited debate on social trends and issues affecting the community.
