PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad  – The now popular “Sandals Style” luxury magazine is going digital in its fourth year.

However, the glitzy publication will still be available in hard copy to the thousands of Sandals guests who visit any of its Caribbean locations.

Plans for the latest edition of the publication emerged as Sandals Resorts International and Toute Bagai Publications (TBP) inked another agreement to publish a fourth edition of the award-winning “Sandals Style” magazine.

TBP Managing Director Neysha Soodeen said the fourth contract extension was another vote of confidence, endorsing her company’s continuous efforts at producing excellence.

“Sandals expects nothing but perfection from their suppliers, so we were happy when the company expressed an interest for us to continue to produce and publish their official, in-room magazine,” she said.

Soodeen remarked that as Sandals spreads its wings even further across the Caribbean, opening up hotels in Grenada and Barbados, the magazine – which was launched in 2010 by TBP – will reach an even wider audience.

“On this occasion we will produce both hard copy and digital which will be sent to all previous guests, future guests and confirmed guests, even before they arrive in the Caribbean,” she added.

“The significance of the publication is, therefore, even greater because it’s not just a pretty printed publication in the room, but an interactive magazine where the visitor will get to click on an advertisement in the online version, which will take them directly to the advertiser’s website,” she reported.

The Caribbean publisher is “very proud” of their creation, which “by far surpasses any other in-room publication in the Caribbean”. She says that her MACO team is always happy to work with the Sandals group and continues to put their heart and soul into the magazine.

“We are considered a relatively small publisher, compared to the larger companies in the United States that Sandals traditionally works with, so we feel honoured that they feel comfortable with us,” she said.

Chief Executive Officer of Sandals Resorts International Adam Stewart said Toute Bagai continues to outdo themselves and the competition by producing an amazing publication.

“The over-sized coffee table magazine is a collector’s item. Our guests continue to respond well to this new Sandals product, raving about its quality and content which provides an authentic look at Caribbean life. The quality of the product produced by Neysha and her team continues to work well for us, so we had no difficulty signing them up once again,” Stewart stated.

The Sandals Style in-house magazine has been adjudged a Sappi International printers award winner.

TBP, with its flagship MACO Caribbean Living magazine, is celebrating its 13th anniversary year.
