LAUDERHILL – In preparation for the upcoming legislative term, the Florida House of Representatives announced the committee and subcommittee assignments for 2011-2012.
Representative Hazelle Rogers (D-Lauderhill) was reappointed to the coveted Transportation & Economic Development Appropriations Subcommittee; other appointments include the Finance and Tax Committee, Economic Development & Tourism and the Rulemaking & Regulations Subcommittee.

Earlier last week, House Democratic Leader Ron Saunders (D-Key West), named Rogers as Democratic Whip to his leadership team.
