The tour will provide five FREE health screenings including; blood pressure, bone density, glucose/cholesterol and body mass index in 27 urban communities across the country as part of a 12-month mobile health campaign.
The Tour kicked-off in Miami following the Martin Luther King Jr. Day Parade.
In an effort to promote early detection and raise awareness of preventable diseases in urban communities. Many diseases can be detected through screenings long before any symptoms are noticed, which is why awareness is so important to remaining healthy.
