Miss International USA, Inc. Launches Adult And Teen Pageant With Contestant Search
Miami, FL – On Saturday, September 17, 2005, Miss International USA, Inc. will hold its contestant search at the Eden Roc Hotel, 4525 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach. The interviews, scheduled for 10:00 am, will identify contestants for the adult and teen pageants.
The contestants will represent many of the over 160 nationalities that call South Florida home. Although all contestants must be U.S. citizens or resident aliens, they will come from various cultures, including African-American, Asian, Bahamian, Cuban, Colombian, Haitian, Jamaican, Puerto Rican, Venezuelan, etc.
Adult contestants must be between the ages of 18 – 27. Teen contestants must be between the ages of 16 – 18. Application fee is $50.00.
Contestants can win thousands of dollars in cash and prizes, including a 10-day trip for two to Kenya, sponsored by Maniago Safaris, Ltd. Other sponsors include Watches – USA, LLC, Areeva Swimwear, and Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort.
Contestants will make several public appearances over the next two months, ending with swimwear, cultural costumes, talent and evening gown competitions during the pageant, which will be held on Sunday, November 27, 2005 at 6pm at the Eden Roc Hotel.
