NEW YORK – The Jamaica Tourist Board (JTB) again walked away with the award for Best Customer Service at Flight Center USA’s Annual Partner Pride Reception.
Anthony King, Regional Director, Airline & Tour Operator, JTB (centre), accepted the award from Dean Smith, President of Flight Center USA.
The Partner Pride event also doubled as a grand opening for the New York Travel Center on Madison Avenue in midtown Manhattan.
Flight Centre USA, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Flight Centre Limited, comprising 160 store locations and over 700 travel consultants.
