Jamaica qualifies fastest for Men’s 400m Hurdles semifinal
BEIJING, China – Markino Buckley of Jamaica has run the fastest time of round one in the Men’s 400m Hurdles preliminary finals at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games on Friday, August 15, at the National Stadium.
His personal best time of 48.65 seconds put him ahead of Angelo Taylor of the United States, who ran the second fastest time to qualify for the semifinals with a time of 48.67, while Danny McFarlane of Jamaica goes into the final ranked third, finishing in 48.86 seconds.
