Haitian Earthquake Benefit With Actor Danny Glover Raises Funds And Awareness

Acclaimed Actor Danny Glover, Actor Jimmy Jean-Louis and Haitian Ambassador to the U.S. Among Exclusive Special Guests

Washington, D.C. – More than 150 professionals descended upon Washington D.C.’s W Hotel in support of “To Haiti…With Love,” a fundraising reception for earthquake relief hosted by Global Commerce Solutions March 21. Guests in attendance included acclaimed actor Danny Glover, Haiti’s Ambassador to the U.S.

The Honorable Raymond E. Joseph, and Haitian-born actor/activist Jimmy Jean-Louis (cast of NBC’s Heroes), and former Governor of Virginia The Honorable L. Douglas Wilder. Proceeds from the event were donated to The Children and Families Global Development Fund Inc & The Hollywood Unites for Haiti Earthquake Assistance Fund.
