System-wide celebrations are planned to mark the date, with the main event at the 4120 NW 12th Street in Lauderhill, FL. Events are set to kick-off nationwide at 11am, customers will enjoy live music, free samples and lots of give-aways.
The festivities will continue on Sunday, August 23rd with a Thanksgiving Church Service to be held at the Living Word Community Church, 5770 West Oakland Park Blvd, Lauderdale Lakes commencing @ 4pm. Kaplan – Mayor City of Lauderhill are among the officials set to attend both events.
