Food For The Poor’s 20th Annual Building Hope Gala A Huge Success

BOCA RATON – On Friday, Feb. 6, 2015 South Florida based-nonprofit, Food For The Poor Food For The Poor held their 20th annual Building Hope Gala at the Boca West Country Club in Boca Raton. The successful event raised funds to build critically needed houses in Pon Batay, Haiti.

Food for the Poor is the largest international relief and development organization in the USA, feeding the hungry and providing for the indigent in 17 countries across the Caribbean and Latin America in the areas of emergency relief assistance, clean water, pharmaceuticals, educational materials, homes, support for orphans and aged, skills training and micro-enterprise development assistance.

Reggae Superstar, Shaggy a longtime supporter of Food For The Poor performed for the sellout crowd.
