PEMBROKE PINES – The management of First Fridays of Florida, LLC in partnership with WHQT HOT 105 FM have put the wheels in motion to stage the return of First Fridays Networking to South Florida on February 6, 2009.
With the inauguration of the first African American President of the United States and the month of February being celebrated as Black History Month as well as Reggae Month, there was no better time to execute the return of this event.
The event starts at 6PM with a traditional mixer and business card exchange followed by keynote speakers Omahar Stephenson and Mike Owen, founders of Business Events Florida, Inc., addressing the “Importance of Networking & Your Business”.
In addition, a tribute to “Jamaica’s Contribution to Black History” will be delivered by Marlon Hill Esq., Jamaican Diaspora Advisory Board Member for the Southern United States.

With the many challenges facing people today, it is important to understand and leverage strategies to help businesses sustain and grow in today’s economy; and equally important to celebrate our black heritage.
The First Fridays Networking event will be held on February 6th, 2009 beginning at 6PM at the Grand Palms Resort 110 Grand Palms Drive, Pembroke Pines FL 33027, immediately followed by the First Fridays After Party which will continue until 4AM.
