Let’s celebrate the 3rd Anniversary of The WellFit Club with our Half Day Health Retreat and the very first WellFit Link Up—South Florida Edition—hosted by Kamila McDonald and Mayor Wayne Messam.

Nourish your mind, body, and spirit with an invigorating workout, rejuvenating yoga and meditation session, insightful nutrition coaching and the opportunity to connect with other beautiful souls from our community. A live journaling session will also be led by our CEO and lifestyle change coach Kamila McDonald.
