Caribbean-Americans among newly installed Broward Black Elected Officials’ Officers and Board

BROWARD – Broward County Judge Ilona Holmes recently swore in the new Broward Black Elected Officials’ officers and board at the organizations annual gala. They are West Park Mayor Eric Jones, chair; Broward County Commissioner Dale V. C. Holness, vice chair; State Rep. Gwyndolen Clarke-Reed, secretary; Lauderhill Commissioner Ken Thurston, treasurer.

The board members are State Rep. Hazelle Rogers, Dania Beach Vice Mayor Bobbie H. Grace, Lauderdale Lakes Vice Mayor Levoyd Williams, Lauderhill Commissioner Hayward J. Benson, Jr. and the immediate past chair, Lauderhill Commissioner M. Margaret Bates.
