In preparation for the upcoming 2005 Broward Carnival, Broward Carnival Inc. announces a new Chairperson, Janice Bispham. The other directors responsible for Broward Carnival 2005 are Dennis Hardial, Director/Advisor; Charmaine Bruce, Secretary; Pam Narain, Treasurer and Lincoln Farrell, Public Relations.
